This rental is for the Medium Bedroom which is fully furnished, has a Full Sized Bed, built-in closet, and a shared bathroom. This four bedroom house has a fully refurbished and remodeled interior with an open plan Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Kitchen includes a full oven, gas stove top, full fridge/freezer, wine cooler and marble countertops. There is a washer and dryer in the property, a shared " TV in the living room, and a large south facing patio and lawn. There's storage space available in a double garage. Additionally, we have a shared driveway and street parking (no restrictions). The rent for this room is $ + utilities.
