Hi there me and my fiance' are looking to rent a room or full basement from someone our budget is 450-800 a month with split utilities and wifi he works at night I work from home we are friendly and nice and we don't like drama we clean up after ourselves and we would like to have a cat but will understand if not. We are respectful of "quiet hours" if need be this will be a 3 to 12 month max stay
