Looking for a third roommate!

Hi everyone!
My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our apartment located at C Street, San Diego, CA .

The apartment is a -bath unit on the third floor (Apartment ) with a view facing the Coronado Bridge. Rent for the available room is $/month, plus utilities. Internet is through Cox (approximately $/month), and SDG&E typically ranges from $, depending on usage.

My roommate occupies the master bedroom with a private bathroom. I occupy the bedroom closest to the kitchen. The available room is located at the end of the hallway across from the master bedroom (photos included) and would share a bathroom with me, which is located in the hallway directly across from our rooms.

The unit features in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a balcony (washer/dryer located on the balcony). Photos of the apartment are provided.

We are generally quiet and busy with our schedules, but we do enjoy the occasional girls’ night. We’re looking for a respectful, reliable roommate to join our home.
