House is totally furnished and we have washer and dryer on , room is furnished and has a mini fridge (you can bring your furniture if you don't want mine)

-Looking for a clean responsible male roommate.
- no pets, no couples, no children.
- There is a flate rate for utilities ($)
- first month rent plus one month deposit to move in (prorated if you are not moving in on the first of the month)
