I am looking to relet my off-campus apartment at Canvas Townhomes during July - July for $ a month. Utilities are a flat-rate of $. It is a furnished 4-bedroom apartment with 4 bathrooms, full kitchen and living space with multiple closets for storage. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and it is pet friendly! There is also a fitness center and outdoor basketball and volleyball courts on the property.
