Good size bath apartment, Large master bedroom for rent which includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom! Rent is not including electric bill that varies every month. Nice apartment complex with 2 on laundry mats with full size washer and dryers and has a small gym. Trash is picked up twice a week and is located directly below balcony so no need to have to walk far! Looking for a chill roommate who will pay rent on time and who is easy to get along with, clean and who will not be loud and throw parties.
