Renting out my recently renovated furnished studio on the Sunset Strip in WeHo. $/month, all utilities included. I’m looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months, but also open to month-to-month. Available starting end of
February. Comes with parking plus access to the building’s pool and gym, and also has a private balcony. Quiet area with lots of natural light. A few minutes’ walk to The Abbey and the bars and restaurants on Santa Monica, and about a -minute walk to Trader Joe’s and Ralphs. Best suited for a working clean and successful professionals.
