Nice room to rent in New Milford

I have a very nice bedroom to rent in my flat. It is about 10x13 feet. It already has a queen mattress and it also has lots of storage. The apartment is clean, quiet and tidy. I am looking for a flatmate that is also clean, quiet and tidy.
The area is nice, quiet and clean and the neighbors are nice. We have a lot of green and trees. In case you need public transport, we have bus and train close by. We have washing machine, dryer, garage.
Rent including all bills and the deposit is the same amount. I am a male, Caucasian, well educated.

If possible, please no smoking.
