Available April 1st. Bedroom with private attached bathroom for rent in a large house in North Surprise. All utilities included in the flat rate rent. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, based on request.

Access to amenities includes kitchen, laundry, common areas. The community has walking paths, multiple parks, a pool.

We are a home of busy working professionals, our house tends to be quiet and lowkey. 3 of us currently live here. Looking for similar. We have 2 medium sized dogs that are poodles, so non shedding. You will not be responsible for pet care. One of us works night shift and is up at odd hours, so although they are quiet, it’s important that you are not a light sleeper. None of us smoke, and we don’t drink. No smoking, vaping or marijuana allowed on the property. Light drinking is ok.
