Looking to rent - for 2 + a dog

Hi, my partner and I are moving to Hobart shortly and we are looking for accommodation / a rental that will take the two of us and our dog, Ella. Preferably a house/townhouse or studio/ granny flat but with a small outdoor area for Ella.

We’re hoping to be in the central Hobart areas or roughly mins radius from the CBD if possible and likely happy what is asked for in rent.

Ella’s a medium sized GSP, very quiet, calm, well trained, well behaved and short haired. She’s toilet trained and used to being left at home while we are both at work (generally snoozes and sunbakes all day).

We are both very clean, tidy, rather minimalist and generally early risers for sports etc and then love to relax over a cup of coffee. Happy to help out with things if needed too or can keep to ourselves. We are non smokers and having been home owners already (and have renovated), we take great care and pride in every home we live in.
