teen sqft private landlord owned condo. You will have two private closets and will share a large coat closet and a sqft onsite storage unit with me (included in the rent). Onsite shared building laundry ($two.fifty/wash & $two.fifty/dry). Ample & free street parking on surrounding blocks. We pay electric & wifi (approx. $ a month each). The landlord covers all other utilities and HOA fees. No AC but I do have portable AC units for us to use. Built in hot water radiator heaters (gas and water powered so their use does not affect our electric bill). Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and granite countertops. I have all the kitchen ware you may need that you are free to use. Living room, dining room, kitchen, hallways, and bathroom are fully furnished. Your bedroom will be unfurnished. Bedroom photos show a queen sized bed. Strong preference for no free-roaming animals as my cat is elderly and timid of other animals. She is also expected to start a strict diet of only medicated kibble soon. Open to docile, friendly, calm, and cat compatible free-roaming animals. No pet deposit or rent is required. Critters, bugs, and reptiles welcome. I have isopods and snails! Landlord allows for the painting of the bedroom walls with her approval of your color choice first. Your bedroom is currently a very pale, almost grey, purple. I work from home about one day or less a month. You must enjoy hosting and being social as I host a minimum of one event for up to twenty people in the condo per season and frequently have guests over for crafts, games, movies, and tv time. You also must have no
tolerance for homophobia, transphobia, and racism. These things are imperative to how I operate as a person and I cannot live with someone with a different view in those senses/would become resentful of our shared social space. Looking for someone clean, organized, social, independent, and creative.
