I have one room avalaible for rent that is located upstairs , this is a shared bathroom i also have a cleaner come in and clean once a month. And each room has a lock on the door that is specific for you. The rent monthly is $ per month with utilities included. There is a loft upstairs that acts as an Office/ Workspace with a desk, and a day bed. This also includes a washer and dryer room on the upper level. The garage has been converted into a LED-Game room with a Hocky table, Basketball court, T.V with PS4 game console, and other games to enjoy playing. A full kitchen with Everything you need to prepare any meal. All you need to bring is your clothes, everything is included including Toilet paper, paper towels, Towels, Wash clothes, soap, Shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, and a personal cleaner who comes once a month. Also, a pool that you have access to.
