The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, comes fully furnished, and has a walk-in pantry. The community offers monthly resident events and shared amenities including a large hangout space with a pool table, computer area, and theater, as well as a gym and dance/yoga studio. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with deck, sand volleyball court, hammock area, and a dog park. Current roommates are laid-back and mostly keep to themselves.
