The furnished bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart TV for easy unwinding. Youll share a clean bathroom and enjoy full access to the kitchen, laundry, WiFi, parking, and common areas.

While I am a trauma-informed therapist and dog trainer, my professional practice is fully separate from the living space. Therapy sessions take place in a dedicated area with its own entrance and soundproofing, and renters will have no contact with therapy clients. Your privacy and quiet are fully protected.

I live here with two well-trained therapy dogs who are calm, friendly, and respectful of guests space. They spend most of the day resting in my private office area and are not disruptive.
