Hi, my name is Jordan yr old female. I’m new to St. Petersburg and relocated here in January. I’m looking to rent a room for one year.

I currently work mostly night shifts as a server and will be starting morning classes in April, so I keep a structured schedule and value a quiet, respectful living environment. I’m responsible, reliable with rent, and mindful of shared spaces.
