Hey there! I'd like to rent a room directly from a home owner, rather than depending on others to pay rent as a group. I'm looking for a twlv month lease around one thsnd per month. Either furnished or unfurnished is good. Sharing a bathroom with another person is fine, but more than one wouldn't work well. I'll need a place to park. That's it for specifics. 😊
