sqft home with 1 large bedroom to rent. Room currently has a queen bed, end table, large dresser, Tv, and plenty of room for a couch or a desk. Bathroom is shared w other roommate Ben. He is clean kind & considerate.
Room is bright and light and stays cool. Kitchen is large, coffee bar large Fridge plenty of area to enjoy a meal. 2 shared Living rooms both with with a large tv and a large comfy sectional. Also, Each Bedroom has their own TV for privacy. I am an at home professional so I am in and out all day long. I have my office in the home and I keep normal business hours. I have a yr old healthy choc Labrador, He is well trained and very very lovable. Sorry but no other animals can be allowed.
I am looking to share my home with a a person who would enjoy a quiet place to work or rest. Close to 3 freeways
Rent includes Internet. YoutubeTV, APS & Water bills are split 3 ways each month. Makes it very affordable.
