Hi there! I’ve got an extra bedroom in my house just sitting I used to keep it for my kids, but they grew up, got busy, and stopped visiting—so now it’s time for this room to pull its own weight.



The Details:

Location: Tacoma, WA (yes, the place where your power bill will test your faith)

Rent: $
Utilities: Add $/month for internet, water, garbage, and that sweet Tacoma electricity. Total: $.

Move-in: First + last month’s rent but willling to work with you

Notice: days before moving out, please and thank you. I’ll use your last month’s rent for, you know… your last month. fully furnished already where a queen size bed a refrigerator microwave and TV. I have my own bathroom in my own room. So we don’t share bathrooms.

I’m a simple, laid back raised in Seattle, so I’ve got a high tolerance for rain, traffic, and just about any lifestyle

No credit check. I don’t judge you off a number. We’ve all had our “whoops” phase.
