Hi! I’m Andrew — a full-time hospitality professional who also works at St. Boniface Episcopal Church, which means I’m excellent with people, schedules, and keeping the peace (it’s basically in the job description).

I’m LGBTQ+ (gay), clean, respectful, and firmly believe dishes should not “soak” for three days. I pay rent on time, don’t bring chaos into the house, and understand that headphones exist for a reason.

At home, I’m pretty chill: working, relaxing, minding my business, and occasionally laughing at my phone. I’m not a party-at-home person, but I am a good communicator and a solid roommate who respects shared spaces and boundaries.

Looking for an inclusive, drama-free home with decent humans. Bonus points if we can coexist peacefully without passive-aggressive Post-it notes.
