Hello! Two working professional roommates in our mid-s with Monday–Friday schedules, looking for an easygoing, respectful roommate who wants a home that feels comfortable and friendly. We enjoy staying active, getting outside, and also having relaxed nights in—shared meals, occasional game nights, or just hanging out. The house has cat who love attention, so being an animal-lover is a bonus. We keep things clean and communicative, welcome guests with consideration (more often in summer), allow overnight guests with respect, are non-smoking and -friendly, and value a good balance of social and personal space.

Private room for rent in a single-family home in Lakewood, CO, located on a quiet dead-end street that leads directly to a massive park. The house has a large backyard, patio, fireplace, shared basement and upstairs living room, and a fully stocked shared kitchen. The bedroom is private with a shared bathroom (with one other person); the bedroom is unfinished but can be furnished/organized with help. Rent includes utilities and internet, with flexible lease length. Move-in available or earlier. Street and driveway parking available, garage for storage only. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, public transportation nearby, ~ minutes to Denver, ~ minutes to the foothills, and about hours to ski slopes.
