If you enjoy cooking there is a full kitchen at your disposal. It has all the utensils to save you money from a purchase. A double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, including a laundry room downstairs. The home has hardwoods throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms.

If you report to the office every day, the utilities will stay low and affordable but if you live and work from home, I need to know up front. The home boasts a 3 bedroom and baths with pool, private lake and tennis courts. From the back yard, just at the picket fence you can take the stairs to the waterfall. Parking is on the driveway.
