Hi, my name is Chandler. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Columbus. the room is available asap, I’m a retired veteran and my roommate as well. I work during the day, also have one roommate that works 3rd shift. utility’s are included with rent, requesting security deposit and first months rent prior to moving in, I take all forms of payment but Zelle, there are cats and dogs in the household who are friendly and kind, all I ask for is to stay tidy and clean and that’s required, there will be a interview with me and roommate before decision is final, no smoking/drugs is allowed in the house and that is final, there are two bedrooms that are available please see attached photos
