The apartment is located near MGM and the Springfield library. Also super close to highway entrance/exits, so it's pretty good for car transportation. Street parking is available if you can manage a spot. Full disclosure: winter parking is brutal as the road rarely ever gets plowed and people just don't know how to park/unstuck themselves from snow and/or ice.
It's a basement unit: I'm offering the front bedroom (appox. ') that has a small closet with living room access. Laundry is also available on (included; cold water only)*

The unit has a private/separate entrance, however mail is currently collected and semi-sorted on a shelf in the entry hall. The landlord and I are working out kinks with the new heating system he had installed. This is a historic building so its old and a little cold lol I just wanted to use that rhyme. It is old, and it can feel a bit chilly sometimes but it depends on where in the apartment or house you're in, however it is overall a nice comfortable temperature. Also, the room has its own thermostat control so you can decide how much hot or not you want it.

You would be allowed 1 cat or dog (if a dog- smaller dogs preferred and not too loud)- I would have to check with my landlord about other types of pets [no ferrets, sorry], I do have a mid/large service dog who needs time to adjust to other animals being around. We currently live with a cat; it took him a couple weeks to get a feel for the lil guy, and now they're best friends. As far as other dogs go, he prefers smaller dogs and gets along quicker with them than larger or similar sized dogs. He does often sound scary at first when meeting new furry friends. From a distance he can seem aggressive/mean but he does warm up and becomes friendly. We just need a few meets and everything will be golden.
