Hi, my name is LeAnne. My husband, Tony and I, have one room available in a comfortable -and-a-half-bath home in South Lacey. This is a calm, respectful household ideal for both education-motivated individuals and young career starters who want a stable, affordable place to live.

Our home is currently shared by two tenants: our daughter, a college-oriented young woman in her early ’s, and a male music professional who’s often away for work. We’re looking for another female tenant, ideally between , who’s responsible and fits well into a mixed household.

Lease terms:
• 6 months to 1 year (no month-to-month).
• Pets: One cat is in the home, and we’re open to another cat, but no dogs.
