The room for rent is fully furnished in a newly remodeled home. Hard flooring throughout for easier cleaning and to reduce allergies. Bedding, towels, kitchen cooking supplies and dishes included. Front and back yard. Some storage space in the garage and parking out front. Utilities included.
I am renting out a room in my home. I am not currently living in the home, and there is one other tenant. The other tenant is a professional interpreter at a hospital, and works throughout the week. He is very respectful and quiet.
