Both available Dec . These are private rooms with door locks, designated kitchen space, laundry access and common living room. There is cooperative cleaning. It is calm and peaceful a place to rest or study. No parties, No drugs or heavy drinking. If you would like to view either one let me know your availability so we can coordinate. Location is Serra Mesa(Mission Valley). I live on in the adjacent studio. Deposit $. Current housemate works outside home, quiet and private when home. Off street parking in established neighborhood.
