This is my home with my furnishings - I will live in master suite (off limits) and am turning a top floor bedroom into storage / rare guest space for my kids. Digging out of compressed income & with 2 kids in college & 1 out, I'm looking for the right long-term tenants to generate extra income. One month rental minimum, to comply with local ordinances / codes / regulations.
