Looking for someone outgoing, responsible, clean and courteous to join me in a bright, cozy 2-BR.

Room is unfurnished, so you'll have to bring your own bedroom furniture. We share the living room, bathroom and kitchen. We split wifi and utilities. At lease signing, you'll need to pay first month's rent, as well as a security deposit.

Transportation is excellent! A minute walk from both the M/R subway line and N/W line.

Just a few blocks away from Steinway Street/Little Egypt, which have some of the best food options in Astoria!

Rent will be around $ (exact amount tbd), so you'll need to qualify for an NYC apartment.
