Looking for one new roommate to fill one more bedroom that shares a bathroom in a spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house. Located in a nice gated neighborhood and minutes from Downtown Phoenix and minutes from Tempe, close to South Mountain.The house has a fully furnished living room and kitchen, plus a 2-car garage and 2 outdoor parking spots so youll get a remote. there are 2 males and one female who live here already.We’re clean, easygoing, and respectful. We work full-time and like to keep the house relaxed. We’re social — enjoy hanging out, watching sports, gaming, outgoing, gym.Looking for roommates who are responsible, clean, laid-back, and easy to get along with and if you have reliable income and your own form of transportation.
