I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in the rental property came across the listing recently and would love to know more details about it.

Could you please let me know the following:
• If the property is still available for rent
• The monthly rent and any additional charges (e.g., utilities, maintenance)
• Lease duration and move-in availability
• Application requirements and process

I am currently working as an operations customer expert at Meta and I am looking to move in from the 1st of February . I’m very clean, respectful and a disciplined person.
