Downstairs room available in a shared Eastvale home. The house has generous common areas including a family room, kitchen, dining room, foyer, and a spacious backyard. The room is located downstairs with a private bathroom right next door.

Move-in is available immediately. You’ll share the sq ft home with two current roommates, with a third expected soon. No additional pets allowed, but one roommate has cats that freely roam the common areas, so you must be comfortable with cats. Utilities are shared among all roommates.
