Hi, I have a bathroom apartment with one room available. I have a chill personality and am looking for someone easy going to live with who is friendly and respectful like me.

I work random jobs in everything from acting to computer AI video editing and am home a lot. I've had really cool roommates in the past from all walks of life. I want to be welcoming to whoever stays.

Some rules for the Apt community are: no pets, no parties, and no smoking. $ application/background check fee. Only park in your designated garage spot.

I am open to either male or female roommates, but no children please.
