2 Bedroom Apt at Park Place Towers

I currently live in a one bedroom here at Park Place Towers, and would like to find a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom here in the same building to save money. They are professionally managed, have a leasing office open 6 days a week and have security on duty. The leasing process would be done professionally through them. There are 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a bathroom connected to it, and the second bedroom has its own bathroom but it's a bit smaller and connected to the hallway rather than directly to the bedroom. I'm fine taking either bedroom but master bedroom should pay dollars more per month. The 2 bedrooms here go in the $s, parking is $ per month (so $ each) heat is free, water is free, my electric bill is typically about $ a month which we'd split , internet is $ each). Roommate must be financially responsible, have stable income (or have parents willing to pay if a college student, etc). No bums, slobs, smokers, high school dropouts, social justice warriors, or any other weirdo like that. If you're woke don't message me. Must respect quiet hours. Park Place Towers is decent but is by no means luxurious. I'm a CPA and live below my means here to accelerate the achievement of other financial goals. I plan on staying here for years. Looking for a roommate that has similar goals and is willing to work together to create a comfortable living environment.
