Looking for someone to sublease my room in Pheasant Run for Spring '!

I had a personal emergency and am moving out this coming December. I am looking for someone to sublease from as soon as December through July. Rent is $ a month, utilities included. You will be living with three other girls who are all juniors and love going out. You will have your own room and will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. The apartment is townhouse style with a very spacious downstairs and the room is fairly large as well. The apartment comes furnished with couches, a bed, a desk, a dresser, and walk in closet. My roommates are not picky about who moves in and are willing to consider anyone who is interested.
