The basement is fully renovated with heated floors. There is lots of natural light and wood flooring throughout the house. The back patio area has outdoor seating with two large tables. There is a unit upstairs with friendly neighbors. We are a 7 minute walk to the A line and close to coffee shop (Roots Roastings), art store and liquor store (Scott's Liquor). Garage and street parking available. The landlords are very responsive and lawn mowing/snow shoveling services are included in the rent.
