Drama free environment with friendly people.References and interview will be required for potential renters. Strictly NO Drugs. Please note a very well behaved 7 year old boy lives in this house part time. Only street parking available. The rent is inclusive of utilities unfortunately we are unable to accept any pets at this time. We are within a short walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops.
