Pizza, Mexican food, pho, and a few other restaurants within walking distance. The property is green with trees and real grass. It is tucked behind a large group of trees, and not being on a through street makes for a quiet apartment free of street noise. You'll have your own room and own bathroom. Rent is $, not including utilities. Power and internet average out to max $ each, per month. Living room and kitchen/dining room are furnished, but the room will not be. Available starting the beginning of February . Looking for someone for a minimum of 1 year, but we can discuss details further.
