Single bedroom for rent. The hallway bathroom is shared by the baby and the mother-in-law. Laundry, Kitchen, and living room are accessible. Utilities and internet are all included. Month-to-month lease ok.

Requirements:
- good with babies, doesn't mind a 3-month-old screaming (especially during the night)
- must have a job and be able to pay rent
- No dog allergies (we have one, but we do not have room for another, so you shouldn't have an animal)
- No smoking inside the house
