We are a couple looking for a room in Durham and can move in ASAP. We are clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces, and we keep things tidy and organized.

I have good credit and enough savings to cover move-in costs, and we can prepay rent if needed. We are responsible, reliable, and focused on getting settled and working in the area.

We’re open to any clean, safe room that allows two people. Budget is maximum $ depending on the space and utilities. We can do a quick call or meet in person if needed.
