Looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Walk Avenue, starting December (or as early as December 1st) through May . The lease is renewable if you want to stay longer!

This is a bath apartment on the lower floor, and you’ll be taking the master bedroom — complete with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and TONS of natural light.

The apartment comes fully furnished, so you can skip the U-Haul hassle and just move in. I’m also offering my furniture at majorly discounted prices.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly Duke girls, both students who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
