Wall mounted wide screen TV with wireless internet connection.
Carpet newly shampooed and disinfected and whole room deep cleaned for sanitation.
BATHROOM: Shared only with 1 housemate. Has been deep cleaned on 8 Nov. Each housemate is responsible in cleaning and maintaining their bathroom. Good communication with housemate in sharing responsibilities in maintaining their bathroom.
DINING ROOM: Open for everyone to use.

The place is close to walking and bike trails.
Walking distance to several bus stops.
Walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, Haggens, Lowe’s, Barkley Village, Sunset Square, Trader Joe’s, Applebees, etc.
