Blackwood is a safe area that I’ve come to love after living here for almost a year. For the most part, it’s quiet and peaceful. The apartment complex responds quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a home-y vibe! It’s a first floor and is over sqft so provides plenty of privacy and comfort. The living room is furnished and I have a TV that you can use. There is a den attached to the kitchen that I am willing to let you have for your own extra space such as a music room (my roommate uses it for that now), meditation room, writing room, etc. or a huge walk in closet/mini-room right across from where your room would be that you can use for whatever your heart desires. I use that for my cat room right now as I have two, 2-year old female cats). If you want that space, I would just use the den for the cats. I am $ more as my room is the bigger room of the two. I would be willing to pay for the internet for us both to use as well if I am using the den space. Your room is very cute and comfy! It has two spacious closets along the one wall. It has one window and windowsill. I would move into that room but I have too much stuff after moving out of my parents house in FL to here. The rent for this apartment right now is $. However, they just love to keep raising prices on everything for us. So, it’s going to go up to $ as that is the amount the are legally allowed to raise it too. You would pay $ and I’ll pay $.
