I’m renting one room in my 3 bedroom house. It is a nice house with a large backyard in a quiet neighborhood.
I am a working professional in my early s who is looking for a responsible person to share this house with me.
I am not renting out the 3rd bedroom, as that will be a home office, so you don’t have to worry about it feeling crowded.
This is a new house for me that I just purchased, so I am looking for someone who is respectful and will take care of this home with me. I will be furnishing the living room and kitchen, but the bedroom will be unfurnished.
month lease ideal but open to discussion if your situation requires it. Also , I have 2 dogs, so I’m seeking a dog lover but can’t accept any additional pets.
