Goofy Guy Seeks Fun Roommate.

I am an independent contractor working in Entertainment seeking a roommate with more personality than a brick. Male or female, doesn't matter. If you're one of those crazies that think the orange man and his cult is your friend, we will *not* vibe. You will in-fact hate me, I'll make certain of that.

I work late nights, have inconsistent hours, and will likely be gone for large swaths of time. I do not have a preference for Male or Female roommates and I love all pets and am an ally of all identities and races.

I only have a few requests:
That my room will be left alone when I'm not home.
No hard drug users (meth, heroin)
No Drug Dealers
Don't try to convert me into religion.
Do not *demand* things of me, although discussion and requests are encouraged. Yay communication!

I am , straight, single and I have ADHD. Why do I need to mention that? Well as a disclaimer of course! I'm not the kind of person who invites friends over, although I may want to invite a potential partner over. (Honestly it would be pretty rare)

Now for the fun part!
WHY would I be a good roommate?

A)As I'm not seeking friendship, this would be strictly a business transaction. We would agree on terms for the do's and dont-you-dare's and those ground rules would be followed to the letter.
B)I have handyman skills
C)Free Tickets to things
D)I'm enjoy both wholesome activities and activities that my vaguely religious father would call "sinful".

Look- I could go on but you're not here for that. You want someone who wont disrupt your lifestyle, pays rent on time, and won't steal your things right? Well I do all that. Everything else is a bonus that I can keep locked away or offer freely with love in my heart.

If you made it this far, then you might understand that I'm also looking for a roommate that matches my energy, and is at least as ambitious as I am. I promise you've never met a human quite like me.

Oh- if you have kids know that i have like social skills with children.
