Large room twelve feet by fourteen feet that looks out into the beautiful backyard and gets plenty of sun in the afternoons. It has a semi-private entrance to the backyard, nice alleyway access with driveway in the back. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. Located in Mt. Scott/Arleta neighborhood in SE Portland. Walking distance to the Mt. Scott park and Brentwood park. Shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. Clean and tidy home. There’s also a large workshop in the back for extra storage or functional use. I also grow a garden with plenty of fresh vegetables from Spring to Fall. Easy access to highway, extremely bikeable to the rest of Portland.
Dogs are okay, however, my cat has FIV which can be transmitted to other cats, so for safety, no other cats can be in the house unless they already have FIV. One-time deposit is the same price as the
monthly rent.
