Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to occupy a bedroom in a bath apartment at Aperture - Reston, VA. The apartment is newly built, spacious and conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and Reston metro station.

About the Apartment:
• 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom)
• Amenities: in-unit laundry, gym, pool, parking etc.
• Rent: $ per month (for 1 person) and utilities shared equally
• Move-in: onwards
• Lease: flexible

About Me:
I’m a working professional — clean, respectful, and easygoing. Looking for someone who’s responsible, tidy, and friendly.

Preferences:
• Someone who does not cook Non-vegetarian meals at home.
