I have a medium sized room available for rent. $ everything included
MUST BE WORKING FULL TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is just me & my two dogs!
This is a big house, very nice property.
There is 2 bathrooms, 2 livingrooms.
U will have your own livingroom to use & own bathroom pretty much, I do use the shower in the upstairs bathroom only as my bathroom only has a jacuzzi tub, toilet & sink.
Shared laundry, shared kitchen.
No pets, no couples, no parties, no drugs!
Rent is $ a month, includes everything, wifi as well, TV with roku included.
The entire house is Furnished, except the bedroom.
Full upper back deck with huge yard, great neighborhood
