💡 Utilities: Around $/month (we only pay for PG&E)
🚽: You will be sharing a bathroom with one person but will have your own sink. 
📍 Location: Near Safeway on Cowell Blvd & Pole Line Rd

Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
Two friendly cats 🐱 (and a dog will be moving in next year 🐶)
Social, relaxed environment — we like to host small parties, drink, and smoke occasionally
Looking for someone who’s cool with pets and fits the chill vibe
