Looking for one Female roommate

Hello, my name is Alicia and I’m currently looking for for one female roommate to rent my spare bedroom. My home is very close to Sacramento State and is perfect for a student or working professional. I already had two small dogs in the home so I cannot accept any more additional pets. Additional bills and utilities will be included in the rent. I’m very easy-going communicative and transparent. I expect the same from any potential roommate. My landlord will want a credit check and renters history. First months rent, and deposit is required before move-in.
