Parking cost is only applicable if you want a covered parking spot which is $. If you want a key fab to get in and out of gates and into amenities that’s . But there is plenty of free uncovered parking. Closet is the size of a medium room so part of it is storage but there is more than plenty of room for a full wardrobe and more, plus I have a smaller outside storage that’s only half full. Living and dining and kitchen area (common spaces) are furnished and free for your use at any time. I live with a service dog who is currently in training as him and I went through a traumatic event and so he is being re-socialized around other animals but loves humans, so no other pets (other than fish) allowed in the apartment until he is cleared. The community is smokeless however I vape inside but absolutely no cigarette smoking inside or outside the apartment. Also I am in Recovery so no drugs or alcohol allowed. No unapproved guests overnight without me meeting them and feeling comfortable. This apartment is 1st floor but they do have elevators if you ever wanted to go to a higher floor for a view. We have an amazing infinity pool, multiple ping pong tables, multiple gas grills, Starbucks coffee, pool tables, foosball tables, zen garden, gym and much moree
